Our products are shipped directly from the supplier to your home. Thanks to this model, we save significantly on storage and transport costs, allowing us to offer lower prices and always provide free shipping.

If you have not received your parcel within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us.

An item is missing from my order – how is that possible?

Because we work with multiple suppliers, different products may be shipped separately.

In most cases, missing items are delivered within 2–3 days. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Returns & Refunds

I am not satisfied with my order – can I return it?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days without giving any reason.

I want to return an item – how do I do this?

You can return your order within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Please make sure that the product:

  • Is in its original condition

  • Is unused

  • Still has all labels attached

  • Shows no signs of use

Your return must always include a tracking number. As the sender, you are responsible for the parcel.

Once we have received the returned products, we will issue your refund within 14 days.
